The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Cooperative Bankshares, Inc., Wilmington, North Carolina, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.
A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
