(hereinafter: "Poalim Hanpackot"), a company controlled by Bank Hapoalim, as follows:
On 16.01.2012 Delek Investments and Properties Ltd. Executed 2 purchase transactions of 100,000 securities of Poalim Hanpackot 10 Security Number 1940402, at prices of between 131.17 - 131.18 Ag. (the average weighted price being 131.17 Ag.). After the purchase the extent of the holding of Delek Investments and Properties Ltd. of the total of the securities of that type stood at 1,400,000 which constitute 0.04%.
